At Prestige Peptides, we strive to provide excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.


Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or stored outside of recommended conditions.


If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or experiences a shipping-related issue, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos and order details for review.


Each situation will be evaluated individually. Depending on the circumstances, Prestige Peptides may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion.


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Prestige Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
